Where would be a good place to learn Russian online?

Just one thing, in that this should not teach in the "memorize phrases" way like Rosetta Stone would.

You’re absolutely missing the point of Rosetta Stone. You aren’t supposed to be memorizing anything. If you start Rosetta Stone from the beginning, it’s exposing you to the language and you will automatically memorize the words without trying. Read a ‘how-to’ about it. Other than that, I say Pimsleur Program is amazing.
